Exactly how important is the effectiveness on the crafting tool and crafting station you are using when you are crafting an item? Right now im using some pretty crappy tools that i made myself (-12.44) to craft my weapons but when i tried using one i bought on the bazaar (13.92) i didnt see any difference in the outcome of the item... /shrug well im confused so if you could help me out thanks in advance.

When you click on the schematic it will tell you. But if I remember correctly it's conductivity. Get you some nice hi-conductivity copper and you're in the crafting tool biz.

High conductivity. OQ means nothing. 930-970 if you can get it. I've also found that i get more failures if the device has been worn by deaths. I guess there some invisible stat that gets marked down. SO after a couple of death decays it's time for a new one.
