[PM to csr-michaelm] i am sending this for my brother he has been trying to recover recources from the vendor(this is months worth of recources) it been withdrarwing for almost half a hour and still hasn't withdrawn i am worried he might loose it
[PM from CSR-MichaelM] He will need to submit a ticket.
DarthEhsan: But you were responding quite nicly
CSR-MichaelM: Hey, I don't mind, so long as you lead
** CSR-MichaelM grins **
** DarthEhsan runs out of chatroom **
** CSR-MichaelM laughs **
[PM to CSR-MichaelM] it won't help that will take a couple of days the vender is still withdrawing.... if its doesn't do it soon i think he might loose all his recources
[PM from CSR-MichaelM] Unfortunatly everyone must go through the ticket system. There is nothing I can do from chat. I'm very sorry.

Generally in situations where the retrieve funtion is so laggy it is best just to come back later and try again. If you lose items you will need to put in a ticket for it. There isn't any tricks that I am aware of.

Im not sure honestly why theres a chat room CSR as they give the same answers to all problems. But basically you're screwed. I had a problem and talked to three different CSRs but they all gave me the same solution. Submit ticket, its curretly a bug and the devs are working on it. Im impartial to being upset at them but Im not sure if we can blame them. The only thing I can think of is logging off for a half hour and trying then. Hope it works out.

Yes. You are probably going to have to abort the retrieve and try it again later. If the items haven't been removed from the vendor yet they will just be there to retrieve again. If they have already been removed you willl have to submit a ticket askign the CSR's to reimburse you for the items you lost.
I can't think of any other way to do it. Maybe someone else here can.

It the retrieve window has been open more than 5 mins, its probably timed out already. Leaving it open longer will not help. My advice would be to log in after a server reset and try again. Usually the server has much less lag at those times.
