Hi,

Just a general thought.. Why is it when your factory stops producing for whatever reason, you get a message but if your harvester stops (runs out of resources, power etc..) you don't know this until days afterward when you go and check on them?

I think "Harvester Stopped" Emails would be nice to have, and would save alot of time of doing the "Gotta Check my Harvs" run.

Maybe I'm just lazy but I'd rather spend the time sitting in my nice warm house in front of my Crafting Station than running out to godforsaken territory and fighting offrazor catsjust to see that my harv is coming along swimmingly.

This has been requested a number of times and I don't think anyone disagrees. However, I get the feeling it's one of those "yeah, that would be nice to have" things that just doesn't get priority amongst all the others.

What I do is when I put down or feed a harvester is change the waypoint name to the day I'm going to have to visit it next for checkups. So if it's February 5, and I have a medium mineral harvester with 5 days of power in it and 10 days of maintenance I have to visit it on Feb 10 or earlier. So I name the waypoint (not the harvester itself, of course) to

Med Mnrl (Duralloy Steel)/2-10-2004

Which tells me what it is, what it's harvesting, and when I have to visit it next. Seems to work out pretty well.
