Can someone please explain how i get business xp, and the best/easiest way to grind for this.

You get it by selling stuff so sell lots of stuff.

For the business skill tree in Artesan, you only need general crafting XPs. for Merchant skills, you get 50 merchant XPs every time a person uses one of your vendors.

Get Engineering 3 and make personal harvesters on Practice for 450xp a pop. Get Bus IV in no time.
