Thread: Unused Experimentation Points
Becuase for each crafted item there are certain qualities in resources that can improve the product. For example some crafted items use the"Overall Quality" and "Conductivity" numbers from recources. (when using your crafting too the description tells you what you want to look for in a resource,for that specific item)
Now lets say you use resources on an item with a low Overall Quality and Conductivity such as steel with...
Overall Quality 300
Conductivity 250
...you will get very few "purpleexperiment blocks"...however if you were to use a resource that had high ratings on that same item, such as steel with...
Conductivity 850

So I other words. If you utilized excellent materials, you'll get best results and further experimentation will yield you nothing more.
So I guess you should be happy that you crafted the best item utilizing those resources.
