In artisan...
is it 13 (Human, Master, +15 in skill tapes) or 14 (Human, Master, +25 in skill tapes)

don't forget the extra point you can get for being in a city with the crafting specialization.

You don't get an extra experimentation point, you get a +15% bonus to experimentation result.

Definitely 14. Engineering 4, Domestic Arts 4, Human (+15 Artisan Experimentation), +25 in Artisan Experimentation skill tapes. Yes it has been tested.
