Thread: 40.00% Powerups possible?

I crafted a ton of schematics during the 1-day crafting boon after publish 7.
The very BEST powerup i was able to create using 990/994 resources was 33.50%/16.50%.
I am a Master Artisan with 12 Experimentation points (human).
I have heard that there have been 40.00% powerups and 37.50% powerups created, and i was
wondering if anyone has been able to make these during that one day of crafting perfection.
I have a feeling it is because i do not have the extra 2 points from skill tapes for a total of 14.
Anyone have thoughts to this?

I only managed 33.5% too. Whats your source regarding the higher ones you mention?
I'm not sure the extra points would have anything to do with it. The 33.5% is already at 100% experimentation. Generally people use the extra points on items with more than one experimentation line, which power-ups don't have.

Well, the 1-day crafting jackpot made it irrelevant for experimenting in other lines, as to hit 100% you had to invest all your points into a single line.
Since powerups only have one line (wish they had 3) its kinda moot.
Was just curious as to if having 12 or 14 exp points made it possible to eek out a 'better 100%' item...

Never got any better than 33.5, and I have 14 points. What the extra points did, on that one day, was that you could get100% with "worse" resources than normal.
