If one is a Master Artisan, does drinking Bespin Port and/or wearing Artisan Experimentation enhanced clothing or armor, do any good?
Or are you "maxed out" already, and the "extra" points are wasted?
Thanks!

You get 100 in Artisan Experimenation/Assembly from artisan skill boxes. Skill attachments allow you to get an additional 25 in either of those. The extra points improve your success types (good/great/amazing) on assembly and experimenting. Experimentation tapes also give you an additional experimentation point for every +10, so you could conceivable have 12 points to work with (14 if you're human).
Bespin port affects only the success type during experimentation, but as far as I know there isn't a "cap" on the total improvement. So you could have 100 from skill boxes, 25 from skill tapes, 15 from being in a research center (I think that's the bonus), and around 18 from Bespin Port.
