I am going on vacation for 2 weeks. How do I make sure that I do not lose any items on my vendors?
Thanks in advance for the help.

The surefire way to make sure that you dont lose anything on your vendors means pulling everything off and relisting it. That will reset the 30 day timer. That will get you some lee-way just in case you decide to vacation a bit longer hehe

Please correct me if I am wrong..
But can't I keep crates of items in the "stock room" for an unlimited amount of time ?
I use it to keep crates of items somewhere safe, it seems the logical place to put them.
I don't want to find out after 30 days all my "stock" has gone

You are wrong, I'm sorry to say. Things in the stock room will 'poof' after seven days. Don't leave anything you want in the stockroom!
Enjoy your vacation!

An excellent question. I'd love to have an excellent answer for it, but alas, I don't.
Just because.
That's the best I can do.
Take care,

That pretty much sums it up.
Don't forget that after 30 days, the for sale items go into Storage ready to eb deleted, sorry, I mean collected.
I tend to make a point of spending some time every week, relisting items for sale, at the most 2 weeks, just in case!!!

To stop people using it as free storage.
The stock room is intended as a temorary place for items until you get around to reselling them. It is not designed as permanent storage.
Just be thankful that the original system still isn't in place. Seven days for sale and seven days in the stockroom. Then, deleted!

OK sounds great..
I feel a rant coming on but I will resist...
just seems a little unfair how are people supposed to run shops if the stock keeps vanishing and gets deleted.
no wonder 75% of vendors never have any items for sale.
What about having different types of lots for different things, housing lots, factory lots, harvester lots, storage lots etc..
OK I am done. Guess I just need to keep it in mind.
