Yes i ran into that on tatooine and lok hunting medical grinding recources for a friend on Lowca.
All the highest stuff would be just inside the range of planting a extractor.
Also the highest OQ steel on Lowca is around 614 :/ according to SWGcraft which id agree with.
good thing im still grinding

....are high stat resources are being placed in player cities more and more now?.... There is a new fusion with 1000pe on my server that's on Corellia.. I have surveyed almost the entire planet and found6 areas 70%+ inside player cities. There is only 2 spots I found that are 65%-70% that are jam packed with gens. And in one city it went as high as 85%, and, the funniest thing of all is when I decided to survey the border of that city, I found that the nice % matched the border very well. I don't think this is just a coincidence. Well, that's my 2 cents..... :-)
