ok how is a resource 900+ every stat and then 9 is the OQ? that just doesnt sound right and i'm wondering how it's possible. could it be a bug where the last 2 numbers after the 9 just are not showing or what? i ask about the bug part since i've seen the crappy resources before that had single digit numbers but the rest of the stats were as bad not just 1 bad number. and in my mind something with 900's for every stat cant possibly have an OQ of 9. the overall quality should be a relative %age of the whole.

those that know better please inform

From what I can tell stats seem to be generated to some kind of formula. It seems more than a coincidence that when steel or iron spawns that the same stats get the high end numbers. It seems most weeks I can find some good architect steel.

OQ is not really "Overall Quality". It's just another attribute that is randomly generated for the resource. It is, I believe, the only attribute across all resources whose range is always 1-1000. Many resources have attribute ranges that are *not* 1-1000. Some trend high, some low, some toward the middle.
