Hi Artisans, I am going to raise all my resources prices by 250%, you will probably not be able to afford them any more, what a shame. I am so sorry I have to do this, but on the TEST center SOE is capping my resource vendor item limit. Unfortunately I will have to overcharge and rip-you off to make up for the loss of profits I am experiencing...
Ok.. Disk space per MB is cheep! What is the basis for this Merchant item limit?
I am a resource vendor, I make my living selling resources! Have have about 500 items on my vendor at the minute... Small quantities of resources (5k and 10k stacks) so people can AFFORD them...
If this limit bs goes into effect, I am going to have no choice but to put up 100K blocks of resources for 450k-1.5mil...
Now how is that fun and enjoyable for the novice artisan??
Say good bye to armor, say good by to finding nice weapons.... So an armorsmith can only have 5 full sets of armor on their vendor?? Thats ridiculous... Comp Suits will be 1-2mil each because full sets will be impossible to find.
This will destroy the game and ruin the economy just in time for Jump to Lightspeed (which in case will probably not have any ships because nobody will be able to afford to make them).
Computing power is cheap... the reason the game lags is POOR INFRASTRUCTURE, not "Vendors having too many items on their vendors" give me a break...
Why doesnt SOE take 2 Days of the PROFIT that they "earn" from all of us and UPGRADE THE SYSTEMS!! And maybe hire a few MCSE's and CCNP's to fix the poor design...
Should be ashamed of theirselves... This will ruin the game and affact every single profession from Chef to Droid Engineer and from Armorsmith to Scout..... This will ruin the game.....

So am I.. I hate this idea.. From now on I'm only paying month to month just incase they do something to really piss me off to quit the game.. I encourage others to do the same.. Forget paying 3+ months in advance.

Uh, you are on TC. Don't you ever see the dev notice saying that things on TC are bound to change? Oh, and don't you ever see the memo that when they test something, they make it extreme on the bad and good sides to find the middle? So, the vendor limits is most likely will change. Before you get you pants to tight to breath anymore, take a breath, remind yourself that you are on TC and TC will always be changing and experimenting long before it goes live. That is why they have a TC.
So, chill out and quit complaining over something that is not set in stone yet.

Sure the limits "might" change but the fact that the correspondent has said that the limits are currently HIGHER than had been originally planned concerns me.
