ok, how do you get bait to fish? Can a person make it? If so what profession?

Or....don't bother to invest in scout because Survival I but instead buy some bait from gBay (the bazaar) and then when you have caught some fish you can turn them into bait.

Bait is foraged. You need to have the Scout Skill Survival I to do it.
