How do you force the clearing of an output hopper for a general crafting tool?
Mine is bugged and stuck... Again...

Open the inventory, select the item FROM INVENTORY, select USE. There will be another choice (forget the exact word) under Use that will let you eject the item from the output into your inventory.
Most common reason this happens is full inventory.
