So i was wondering whatlevel makes a schematic for power ups, the max dam type 33%?
And if so can this schematic be traded to say me? and then be used over and over again as long as the resources are available.
What type of factory is needed to mass produce these?

also i will pay very well for this schematic! and info in setting production up?

Any Artisan w/ Engineering 4 and Domestic 4 and good resources (990 oq mineral and chemical)can make 33% primary stat powerup. You can get max damage for ranged weapon powerup, but not melee weapons. It's just a matter of trying to make one until you get the right combination of stats you want (it's random what stats you get in a powerup when you make one).

Yes, the schematic can be traded, and can be used to make up to 1000 powerups using the Equipment Factory.

Ok now to find an artisan willing to make one and the resources need to make a batch of 1000!

Dont forget paying well for this schematic guys.

Oh yeah and is it a equipment factory that is need to mass produce?

Yep, equipment factory to mass produce power-ups.

You'll need 6000 mineral / 4000 chemical with as high OQ as you can get for the schematic but a bunch more to actually get the combination you want.
