Primary: Action Cost, Speed, Max Dmg, Min Dmg
Secondary: Ideal Range (distance), Point Blank (mod), Mind Cost
== BARREL ==
Primary: Wound Chance, Health Cost, Point Blank (mod)
Secondary: Ideal Range (mod), Max Dmg, Mind Cost
== GRIP ==
Primary: Speed, Action Cost, Ideal Range (mod)
Secondary: Max Range (mod), Min Dmg, Health Cost
== MUZZLE ==
Primary: Mind Cost, Point Blank (mod), Max Dmg, Wound Chance
