You *must* have factories at below Master levels on elite crafting professions. You *cannot* take them away.

Let's take one example - Small Bustier.

The Small Bustier requires two identical Synth Cloths. I can make that before mastering Tailor.

The only way to get two identical Synth Cloths is to make them in a factory.

If I don't have a factory, I have to buy them from a Master Tailor who already has one.

Please. Learn the game before you start crying for nerfs to everyone else.

Sif, you left out an even better example. Meds! Most require identical parts from a factory crate, and to become proficient in any medical profession you do not need a drop of artisan. I'm not even going to get into slicing...
