I've been a Master Artisan for about a week now and have done well with my experimentations.
Im currently making 32% Max Damage / 16% Min Damage Power Ups.
I seem to always have 1 or 2 experimentation points left over (after I experiment fully) when i make my schems.
I was wondering if I aquired a + 1 Artisan Experimentation clothing attachment, would I be able to use those previously unused experimentation points?
Would i then have 11 slots to experiment with instead of the 10I now have?
Any idea how much more %I would get with a +1 experimentation tape?
I would be greatful for any help you veterans could give me.
Thanks

There aren't many Artisan items that really benefit from more than 10 experimentation points. Anything with a single experimentation category (powerups, vehicles, and for all intents and purposes harvesters) can be maxed out with 10 or less points spent. Multi-category items (weapons andfood are the only ones IIRC) would end up being better, since if you're maxing out all the categories with 10 points, you need better resources.
You actually need to accumulate at +10 worth of tapes to get an 11th experimentation point. And you can only get a max of +25 bonus from tapes. In addition to more points, it appears that your "Artisan Experimentation" skill contributes to getting better successes during experimentation (more "amazing success" for example), but I don't think +1 would make a noticeable improvement.

I was all set to shell-out some creds for the tape but now i see it's not to my advantage.
Thx so very much for the insight![]()
