I was just wondering what the cap is for SEA's into clothing?

Yes, I know they do not stack in the same item of clothing.....

I'm looking for the cap for Experementation and Assembly tapes.

I have yet to see a piece of clothing with more than 4 slots for tapes, if that's what you're asking...

The highest bonus you can get to a single skill from an outfit of SEAs is +25. You can get more, wear them, and the total value does show up on your skill sheet but devs have stated several times (although for the life of me I can't find the posts) that anything over +25 is ignored.
