I'm looking for the so callled shellfish suvey tool schematic, but have been unable to track it down. Does any one know where I might be able to FIND it? I appreicate any replies

well, im not the official authority on this or anything, but i do recall getting mine under the bridge on anchorhead, tatooine. basically, there is a farmer or something there. he gives you a few quests, (fedex and then a blaster) and i think he eventually gives you the device. I only used it once I had initially gotten it, so they may have changed this/its effects. the tatooine shellfish were quite good from what i remember, i camped one oasis for hours and then make a mint off of it.

But yeah, the only one i know about is Anchorhead, Under the bridge, talk to the farmer there.
