Ive seen a new landspeed flying around and I notice I cant make it. Im a master artisan. Who builds that new vehicle?

It's a reward from the Corvette missions.
You can get the schematic (1 use) and a custom component in the corvette.

Yes and they are a bit of work to get, time consuming to run around and get your ticket. Once you do that and get the loot drop required to make it you're good to go, unless you crit. fail hehe.
