Hi,
Is there anywhere a some kind of list what min/max values each resource has? Or can every resource have 1-999 values in ut, oq, etc?

If I am not mistaken, the quality is randomly generated each resource shift. At least, it seems more likely for it to be random than having a person type out all of those numbers for the hundred+ resources per server.

Hi there,

Some stats are 'gated', which means that their max numbers cannot go to 1000 (which is the max). For a fairly accurate and detailed list, check this link.

Hope this helps.

Just a note that there has been a more in depth research of mineral's stat caps, in the thread that can be found here.

Well, it is randomly generated (I presume too), but within the certain numbers. That way you can know that if you see, for instance, polysteel copper, it will have a very good conductivity stat (928 - 1000). This also stops the "perfect" resources from spawning. Otherwise, sooner or later, there would spawn a resource with 1000 in all stats.
