Ok, I got my new house, noticed the walls were bare , so decieded to go with early weapons look, I attempted to hang stuff on walls as I have seen things on walls and guess what? I could not hang it.

So my question to you all is do I need sometype of skill to hang stuff on my walls? Do I need a interior decerator, and if I need one can he hang things in houses that dont belong to him? IF I dont need one how do you hang stuff on the walls?

I had the same problem. I asked someone who put things on the wall of a PA guild hall. Answer : the items were first dropped on the steps, then moved using the forward/back move command. The item stays at the height it has been dropped, therefore you can have it "floating" next to the wall, giving the impression it's hanging on the wall.

I dont know if there are any other way to do that. If there arent if means you can put things on the wall in a house without any stairs.
