When I want to destroy one of my extractors and get the deed back, it says I need to put 3k of maintenance to be able to get the deed back. But a deed costs 1500 credits, so what is the point?

If it wants you to have 3k in the maintenance pool then itsa medium harvester right? Where in the world are you getting those deeds for 1500?

I am an architect and I charge 10-30k for a medium depending on the type (mineral and moisture are easier to make than chem and gas).

No it's not, it's a personal mineral extractor.

Small (personal) harvesters are only supposed to take 1500 to redeed. I dunno what to say if its asking for 3k.
