I'm a merchant. I sell guns, but I don't make them. I want to put up factories so that the person who does make my guns can use them. Now, the last time I checked (before the big patch), that wouldn't work. She could load a schematic, but even with full permissions she could access neither of hoppers nor the on/off switch. Did the big patch fix this along with housing permissions, or is this still borked?
