Are there different types of factories for different proffessions?

There are Food, Equipment, Clothing, and Structure factories. Food is used for foods and, I believe, spice. Clothing for clothing and armor, Structure for achitectural items and the Equipment for everything else.
At least, that has been my experience. I may have missed something.
