Artisan Archive

Hi, I am not a hologrinder but since I have the money, I still want to get to Master Artisan asap. I tried to find a guide to hologrinding in the FAQ but did not, so I'll put my question here.

As far as I know, the exp gained when crafting in practice mode is 2*resources +5%. Is this 100% correct?

I figured this route was the best:
500 xp Novice Artisan -> Engineer I - 12 Generic Crafting Tools a' 42 exp
10000 xp Engineer I -> Engineer IV - 140 Food & Chemical Crafting Tools a' 71 exp
20000 xp Engineer IV -> Master Artisan - 39 Personal Chemical Extractors a' 504 exp

Am I correct about what items gives best exp and how much exp I get for them?

I think weapon powerups give you 40xp for 10 resources or so, not sure, never really paid attention. You also have to consider crit fails, where you get no xp at all.
