Just wanted to know if there is a way to view old spawn resource qualities and dates of last spawn?

Click on Find Resources (left side of screen), specify the resource class and server, and hit the button at the bottom of the page.

Depending on how you have your filters set up, you may also need to specify "Available? No". I'm not sure if it's just me, but picking "Don't care" in that drop down never seems to work right, it gives me only available resources.
Dates would be a little tricky, but you can get some indication on when it despawned from the "Avail" column. For old resources, that's how long ago the spawn shifted out.

I *think* you have to be logged in to SWGcraft to use this feature. I couldn't use it until I created an account there.
