Artisan Archive

Some people carry around inventory items that aren't all that expensive, but that are inconvenient to replace.

My Bio-engineer is a perfect example of such a person... He carries several crafting tools on him at any time.

He's not a master artisan, so he has to go buy new crafting tools when they decay.

This happens frequently, since he is often in dangerous areas sampling DNA.

I insure my items but this is also fairly inconvenient considering all I want to insure are those crafting tools.

The point I'm getting at is that it would be nice if Master Artisans could make an item called a Strongbox (or something along those lines). It would be an armored box that would allow its limited contents to be protected from the damage of your character's demise.

It could hold say 5 items or so.

Naturally this does nothing to protect what you're wearing, only the items that you are carrying in your inventory.
