I built some melee pwr ups for someone and when he used it he got an in game message for SOE stating that this item is no longer used in game can some let me know if this is the case and if they have any info on this issue. I posted here because its a base line artisan ability.

Sounds very odd I use them myself also. I haven't used any since pub. 9. I'll have to try today and see if I get the same message

Used almost 2 crates of them last night. /shrug ... have no clue why you'd be getting that message.

I sell thousands of them a week as well.

There are several weapons that have been nerfed out. It is possible he was getting the message about his weapon and not the powerup. Especially if you had just made the powerups it is probably his equipment.

I and my customers use melee powerups all the time with no problem.

thanx guys i was afraid my stock of 99percent pwr ups were useless glad to see its the guys equipment more than likely.
