what are the stats you need to look for in resources that make the best batteries. I thought it was oq but last night i used some ore 987 and 998 steel and could not get a experiment over 7%

Like he said ^ it's conductivity copper has the best, the higher the number better the experamentation BUT before you make any item look at the schematic (ctrl d) to see what resource is needed and what stat's effect the expermentation.

For an item like a vehicle you can use any steel but if you use steel that has a SR of 991 and a good non-ferrous with a high SR you can make 96% swoops etc.
