simply put i got a 14.91 craft tool 43.03 craft station i have failed 2combines out of 9 on AV-21 lost the powerplants i am kinda new to artisan and am hoping someone can help me improve thise fail rate somehow by alot any suggestions and thanks in advance for any advice

There is a lot of speculation about this. Some would say that if you fail too much, logout, reboot, and try again. The idea is to reset the random number generator.

I'd recommend getting some Chef foods. Pyolian Cake boosts your assembly rolls and can help avoid crit fails.
