I have a friend who is working with a trial account. He's able to craft and gain experience for a good portion of the day, but can't gain any experience anymore.

Is this limited to trial accounts or is it a bug?

Is he getting trained when he can get a new skill. You can cap out on xp points at 2x the value of your highest skills xp count.
