The only thing that matters is what it says it wants... look at what it wants when you start to craft it.

The olny value a vehicle uses is Shock Resistence at 100% of the resource value Other items may have 50% that 50% this..

All resources have stats.. this doesnt mean that the thing you craft will look at all of these stats. Like crafting tools look at conductivity 100% and the vehicles want 100% SR. If you want to craft something you can look at what it wants.. it will tell you how much metal, chemical, gas, etc.. but it will then tell what stats it looks for on those resources.

OOOO sorry im kinda n00bish when it comes to resources...
We all start somewhere... I may have one of the slowest starts that I know, didnt know how to even get resources or stuff till I had already been playing for a week or something. Took me like a two weeks to save up enough money to buy a vehicle. I ran from douba guerfel to kor vella once.. a long run.

For those who don't know or understand, Overall Quality is not how good a resource is in general, it actually means how pure the resource is. It goes with standards that metals are sold on in real life. The more pure the metal is, the higher grade it is, ie: overall quality, the better the material is. That is why US aluminum is more expensive than Russian or Chinesse. We refine it more to make it more pure.
