Thread: Armor experimentation
What should I raise on the experiment slider to get better A/C out of my armor I make?
As it is right now, I know on Test there are some new things on the armorsmithing front, but I am curious on one I am not sure is being addressed, if it is, please let me know ![]()
When experimenting on armor, I see often that a plain 'success' when experimenting on resistance actually LOWERS the main resistance rating. Somehow I dont think this seems right ![]()
For example: I make a chitin armor bp - Condition 17000/17000 and resistance comes up to 13% for main and 11% for the secondaries. I put one point to experiment it comes up as a plain 'success' The condition goes up, but the main resist goes down to 12 or even 11 percent sometimes.
Even wierder, a moderate success, which would seem not as good as a success, that happens after that would actually jack the main resist up 2%. I just dont get it ![]()
I just think there is some sort of flaw when it comes to getting a plain 'success' Even though its not a great or an amazing, it is still a success but is not coming across as one.
Thought the devs should be aware
If its been posted before, sorry ![]()
