WIth two different resources I've tried to sample at around 94% and both times it tells me the density is too low. Whats up with that. Anyone else having this problem?

Is it a new resource? Sounds like the resource shift is happening. This is a problem when new resources come up. It doesn't matter how high the concentration you won't be able to sample. This can last a few hours or a day or so. If you have a harvester down somewhere that is sitting on this material you can use it. Harvesters can gather the material even though you can't.
