I am trying to grind out some Artisan crafting xp for a Novice box and for one reason or another when I use /sel xx the numer I put in xx NEVER correspondes with my draft schems in my datapad. One time I tried /sel 99 and it was the first item listed! Please help I am at my wits ends ;-(

There's another post somewhere round here that shows an easy way around this. Without having it right in front of me, it went something like this:
Rather than use /selDraftxx user /ui action defaultButton and before running the macro, open your crafting tool and select what you want to make then click next. Then close out of the tool using the x up top and then run the macro. It will automatically be set to the item you chose the first time and will stay that way until you stop crafting or decide to make something else!
EDIT: Here's the Crafting macro clicky where this method is discussed in much better detail than what I wrote!
