I''m a Master Artisan and i would like to know what craft stations and craft tools that i need to make everything a master artisan can do.

Wherei can buy them(on Europe-Chimaera).

And what do i need to be a 12pt artisan...

to get 12 point Artisan, you need to get a total of +20 Artisan Experimentation Clothing Attachments. Clothing attachments are looted off of NPCs, and Artisan Experimentation ones generally sell for a lot of credits.

if you get the max amount of attachments, +25, it is said to give better experimentation results.
