Can anyone help me to the easyest way to grind through artesan.

There must be posts elsewhere on this topic, so go look for them if you want more detail.

Otehrwise, grind crafting tools to Engineering III, then grind harvesters, and besampling (find a good stand/sample/sit macro)while you do it. Shouldn't take more than a few hours.
