Ok i'm not gonna post the whole thing, it was huge.. just the important part
Vehicles
All vehicles, jetpacks and restoration:
- Restoring a disabled vehicle will now require a vehicle restoration kit (formerly "the BARC speeder repair tool").
- The BARC speeder repair tool is now a general-purpose vehicle restoration kit which can be used to restore any disabled vehicle.
- Vehicles can no longer be restored at parking garages without a vehicle restoration kit.
- The Flash speeder may still be restored for 20,000 credits (no change).
- The vehicle restoration kit is now a stackable item.

Well there goes the need for new swoops and the thousands and thousands of resources they consume. Guess I should have invested all those resources into kits instead of swoops. Oh well.

I am really glad they did this, I could already see Artisans who rely on vehicle sales being badly hit by the recent changes. Nice they they have put Artisans back into the loop.

if the repair kits use the same resources as the barc repair kit did it will be cheaper just to get a new swoop than to use a repair kit i think, either way, at least now we are back in the loop.

Agree...
Which means people with Barcs, AV-21s and Jetpackswill be careful how and when they use them... which I think is correct. and the majority of people will still use Swoops as disposable vehicles... which is great for us.

yeah... but peopel might carry a few if they are traveling with their av or jetpack, as you stated eariler, would b waste of creds to use it on a swoop, were u can get 1 for 15k.

Yeah but at 200k or so a pop, people are gonna have to be careful how often they get the AV-21s, Barcs and Jetpacks blown up.

I don't see this biting in to swoop sales at all. Swoops (and all other non-rare vehicles) are far cheaper to make than these kits.
I'm quite happy about the whole thing.

So am I
everyone has had their chance to get all disabled vehicles and what not repaired,
so it does start on a fresh base, not one of 'I did not know I couldnt drive it broken'
so it does start on a fresh base, not one of 'I did not know I couldnt drive it broken'
And making the BARC kits universal,I fully agree with.
I know many with a couple av-21s begging for such a thing, who still buy swoops by the crate for when the boats get popped.

ive put about 5 at nyms bazzar today, already sold out, after this patch, i see no reason for this patch to change my sales, becasue, as stated eariler, not like pople are jsut goan throw out buyign new swoops all together, this will jsut give us a 4th sale item(pups, swoops, food, and now repair tools)
