I know there are skill tapes out there that raise Experimentation points, but for Artisan is it possible to get a 12pt without tapes? Right now Armoni is 115 =11.5pt or simply 11pt Artisan and I was simply wondering if I maxed out Artisan xp will I acheive the 12pt? Even then, since he's human I've heard of 14pt, but I'm guessing that requires tapes...which cost too much. lol So anyway, if someone could fill me in on the pt thing I would appreciate it. Even though I've played since June...well Ethus has played since June, Armoni has played since August since I was able to get a second account then...so, I'm a newb at crafting and I just couldn't find anything extra on adding exp pts in the guides mentioned in the threads. Anyway, thanks.

Yes, I read those. There wasn't any mention of how you get to 12pt besides tapes. That's why I asked the question. I know how to get 14 pt, which is by means of tapes. So, I asked, is this also how you get to 12pt and the only way? Or can you cap out the master boxes to get more exp pts? Nothing was said about that. Again, that's why I asked what I asked.

Simple as that.

if the only way listed is via SEAs, one should take it to mean..that is the only way

Not really. I tend to have to dig for info sometimes for this game. Seems some secrets won't be revealed very easily. I've grown to know it's best to ask as many questions and not overlook any possibilities...never take everything at face value and dig deeper. So, that's why I asked...I'm not an idiot.

SEAs?...Skill Enhanced Attachments? I'm guessing CA wasn't good enough...I swear this game has too many arconyms.

SEA covers both CA and AA, it's just a general term

in short, you can't get 12 points without SEAs even if you're human, since the species bonus is only +15 and artisan doesn't have a related loot schem apron/bandolier.

Master Artisan: +100 Artisan Experimentation

FS Experimentation Tree: +20 Force Experimentation

I just went over to the FS forum and peeked:

"Experimentation [+20] Increases your Experimentation Roll *DOES NOT GIVE EXTRA POINTS*"
