Okay---


So, I figured I'd make a buck. I'd go out to Theed as soon as server was up, and start advertising the new vehicles made as you wait. Even had a couple entertainer friends come join me. Decided on a reasonable price (20k, freebies for friends), and set up shop.


Morning and early afternoon went well...then...HE shows up. Master Artisan tag. I know, in fact, he's a very wealthy Jedi. Never touched a crafting tool a day in his life prior to today, I'm positive. He shows up in Theed, advertising the new vehicles for FREE. Needless to say, after a slight confrontation in tells, he /addignore'd me. However...do I have a right to be angry at this? For my server's economy, I was charging a VERY reasonable price for the new vehicles...and because this guy has money (which I don't have a lot of), he decides to destroy my business by giving them away.


I have ZERO problem with someone undercutting me. That's part of the game economy. Someone wants to undercut me, that's up to them. HOWEVER, giving them away for FREE?I just think this is an all-time low regarding non-combat players disrespecting the player-based economy, just because of the stupid respec system. I earned Artisan the hard way (even the surveying grind), and I feel I deserved the right to sit there and make a little dough and helping my friends and server mates to ring in Publish 17.


Do I have the right to be upset? Or should I just pack up shop, go home and get a nice half gallon of ice cream with the money I did make? lol

I am giving away mine for free to all who ask politely as well, 1 each
{and I am not rich , but I can spare the resources for fun, I always can do that}


I did the same when hood up cloaks came in, I handed em out as they asked.


Sometimes for some of us, it is about fun and not creds


and yelling, screaming, sending tells, etc..would just encourage me to make more.


EDIT: Btw it is your right to be upset, your feeling are your own, but in turn the same goes for them.


So keep selling and you will still sell even with free folks around you and let it be known you can craft and will craft these in future for purchase as well.

Might I suggest a respec to BH and the kick his ash! If it is fair for him to do as hedid it would only be fair to do what you would be doing.
