I have been a long time artisan, but these new powerups confuse me a little. Like accuracy? Do these powerups only affect the stats of the weapon you are using?

If so, then I think that those Action reduction/accuracy reduction seem worthless to me and I don't know that I can be convinced that powerups are worth it overall.

Because in essence, it still is all about balance, even if you have a very specific weapon. Maybe these powerups will help out via PVP more.

But won't people just want damage powerups mostly still anyway?

Do the negative trade offs of the pupspose any value with the positive ones? I mean basically you have to be a +14 exp Artisan to really get the powerups decent.
