Is there any npc vendors around on Test Center that sell vehicles? I'd rather not spend the time to level a character to master artisan, but it would be fun to play with vehicles a little before they make it to the live servers.

not sure if its still there or not but they had a free giveaways on test, maybe its done not sure.

IF the NPCs are gone, you could always buy one from a MA

So there may have been NPC's at one point? Can anyone tell me where they were? Buying from a MA is not really an option, because I never ever see anyone else online, let alone a MA.

I belive there is still an NPC in anchorhead, dont know the wp, but the place isnt that big Im sure you will it.
