Can you re-name vehicles or they all going to be called the same?

I would guess that since it is a crafted item, and not trainable like a droid, the name will be set by the crafter.
It would be nice, but we can't rename our guns or armor either, and that's where I think vehicles will fall in the scheme of things.

It doesnt even go that far. Every vehicle of the same typeis named exactly the same, even if the creator names the deed something else. In other words, remember where you parked, because you cant tell your vehicle apart from anyone else's, other than by using the radial menu and seeing if it gives you the "Enter the vehicle" option.

It has been requested numerous times that we be able to name them, and so far it hasnt happened.
