use the structure dial-menu. Choose 'destroy' and then check that all values are GREEN. If yes..type in the numbers show to you and click OK - deed will drop into your inventory. If RED..choose CANCEL and then PAY MAINT. (the amount needed for re-deeding) ... then choose 'destroy' again...
