I currently have 999 cd metal resources but still unable to achieve those stats. Do I need to be a 12 pt Master Artisan to do so?

You need cd 1000 to get to 15.00

cd 999 will get to 14.97

The formula is (.999 * 30) - 15 = 14.97

Your experimentation cannot go higher than the quality of your resources, it only allows you the chance to get to the highest level of the resources.

what sucks is i have 1000 cd copper and the repair tool's are still 99.99%.

The only reason i have 100% ones now is patch day

So even if I were to spend millions on artisan +exp tapes, it will still be limited by the resources? Crap.....

I have a human artisan thats 11 points right off the bat.also with +10 makes me a 12 point smith and i still cant brake the 99.99% with 1000 cd copper we have.

Now only that one patch day was i able to do 100% tools and i was lucky to get 5k worth of each.

Not sure about the research center we did have one at that time when i created them.

I can say even after that patch day in a research center i cant get 100%.

This is one bug that well just bugs me if its that way for the tools i just wonder if its that way for other crafting items and we are not seeing them.
