can i get/find good enough resources to sell? to make some money or to make my buffs(mdoc/mtka)

You can find resources that are as good as any that can be found with Survey 4, but it will take much longer to find a good spot, because the range of your survey tool is much smaller than that of a Survey 4 artisan.

Once you find it, though, you can drop as many heavies as you have lots for. Survey skills (or lack of them) don't affect harvesters atm.

Or you can always dig them up by hand.
