I am starting to mine power with my fusions i bought i have been to 3 planets all over looking for concentrations of this stuff nothing came op on swgcraft when i checked. Does this stuff radioactive not spawn weekly and do more then 1 kind spawn at a time on any planet? Was thinking maybe i should of mined inorganics now instead and feedback would be appreaciated thanks.

In other words, yes, it can happen that there is no radioactive available in the whole galaxy for days.
