Thread: Where do I pick up Crafting quests?

I know they added crafting quests but where do I pick them up?
Also is there a generic price quide anywhere. I make the basic componets for stuff and do not know how much to charge. If there any guidelines on pricing based on complexity?
Really want to do the crafting quest though please help>

Go to any commerce guild hall (the one with the two gold orbs outside) in any permanent city. The contractor is in the main hall by the center room.

This info needs to be more accessible... I was busy when these were introduced and even I didn't know where to go to start these till now. Thanks.
